Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future automated billing, and your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. To cancel, use the self-service dashboard or email us at support@senioreease.com.

14-Day Cooling-off Period & Refunds

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase and request a full refund, provided you have not utilized the service's direct support features.
